About PFLAG Pittsburgh
Welcome to PFLAG Pittsburgh!
Every day gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer children are born into this world. Some day these children, their parents, family and friends will eventually learn this fact. We at PFLAG Pittsburgh are here to support, educate and defend these children, their parents, families and friends.
You may be a parent struggling to accept your child who is a sexual minority. You may be a sexual minority yourself and are wondering how or even if, you can tell your parents about your sexuality. Wherever you are on this journey, PFLAG Pittsburgh can HELP!
PFLAG provides opportunities for dialog about sexual orientation and gender identity and acts to create a society
that is respectful of human diversity.
We meet at a very SAFE PLACE and MEETINGS are CONFIDENTIAL.
One day, our society will accept all its members are equals, regardless of their sexual orientation or their sexual identity. Until that day, there is PFLAG.
